Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you to enter in your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We use this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Reviews and Testimonials

At times, when we have enthusiastic customers whose stories we would like to share with our community of users, we will post them to our Web site in the testimonials section. We also have an option available for any of our registered users to post their own reviews of our products.  All reviews are posted anonymously.  Should you wish to provide us with a more in-depth testimonial we will gladly set up a separate area for that.  We will, however, make sure we receive a customer's permission to post the information prior to posting.

Your credit card information is highly confidential, and we handle it accordingly. Our payment gateway provider, 2Checkout.com employs Secure Socket Layering for every order so that your data can be safely transmitted to their servers. All sensitive information, including your credit card number and contact information, is encrypted. The charges on your credit card statement will appear as "Feelgood".

Complete Discretion

Whether Feelgood is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint of what\ is inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with "F.Good" as the sender.

No Unsolicited Correspondence

Feelgood does not make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless you have requested it, or it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about backorders, and to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order. If you ever receive any unsolicited contact from us, please e-mail us at info@feelgood.com.ph so that we can make sure that there is no further unprompted contact.
