Shipping & Returns Policies

Processing Period

All orders require, at minimum, two business days to process before shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Our online orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday. Orders received by noon, Monday through Friday, will be processed that day. Orders received after noon may be processed on the following business day.


Bank Deposit Details

For bank deposit payments kindly make your deposits payable to the following:

  • Bank: Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • Account Name: Feelgood Inc.
  • Account Number: 8291-0083-49
  • Account Type: Checking

Please fax a copy of your bank deposit slip to 807-0166. You may also email a scan of the slip to orders@feelgood.com.ph. Please indicate your order number on the slip.


Delivery of Goods

Upon confirmation of deposit, or after the 3-day clearing of checks, goods will be delivered to the shipping address by Airfreight 2100, Inc. We currently provide free shipping within Metro Manila for all orders that weigh less than 0.5 kilograms. Outside of Metro Manila, or for orders weighing more than 0.5 kilograms, please refer to the shipping charges as detailed on your order invoice.

We will notify you of your airway bill number via email once your goods have been shipped. For easy tracking of your orders please log on to www.air21.com and enter your airway bill number, or call the Air2100 customer service number at 854-2100.

We regret to say that we do not ship internationally as of this moment.
